Yazan Musmar
is a highly skilled attorney focusing on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions and other related work. Having worked for 19 years at another law firm, a bank, and an engineering design and consulting firm, and finally at a dairy company in Kuwait, Yazan has a wealth of practical experience in the areas of acquisitions, banking, construction and corporate restructuring. He has handled transactions where his clients acquired companies in Jordan or abroad in Europe and other parts of the world and he reviewed and commented on acquisition-related documents and agreements; he has reviewed and commented on FIDIC-based and other forms of construction agreements; he has reviewed and drafted BOOT and BOT project agreements, and participated in one of the largest pharmaceutical takeovers in Jordan. Yazan was a senior team member on a major acquisition by a group of international investors in the area of airport management and operation.
